Orders placed on Sunday, Monday or Tuesday will be processed and sent the following week during open hours. Please allow 2-5 days to process orders. 

Mystic Moon Gallery is not responsible for any additional custom charges when shipping internationally. 

Shipping costs for returned items are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of returned shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Exchange delivery will depend on location and date item has been received to process the exchange. Timing may vary depending on location. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mystic Moon Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, and will not reimburse or duplicate stolen or lost items. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information provided is secure and accurate. If items are lost or stolen a claim can be filed directly through your selected shipping provider.
