Refund policy
Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit - We accept returns, exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Please notify us ASAP with any questions or concerns regarding your order.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the concern and make it right.
To be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To process your return, exchange, or store credit we require your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mysticmoongallery.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All returned items for refund, exchange, and/or store credit will be subject to shipping costs payable by you upon return.
Some items cannot be exchanged and include any skin care, essential oils, bath & body products, or items with a broken seal. These products cannot be returned or exchanged and are considered a final sale.
*All sale items, special orders, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged or returned for store credit.
When returning or exchanging items, please ensure packaging is in the same condition as received to prevent any damages in shipment. We reserve the right to refuse shipment of poorly packed items. We recommend returning items with delivery confirmation and insurance as we are not liable for packages lost in the mail.
There are situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use
- Items that are not in their original condition, packaging, and/or damaged for reasons outside of our processing error.
Upon receipt of the returned item(s) we will credit your payment method for the cost of the item(s) and you will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing and remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
For exchanges, we will ship your new item once your returned item is received. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Note: International Orders are not eligible for free shipping on exchanges and/or return labels.

Merchandise must be received in NEW condition and intact or we will refuse the return.
Shipping costs will be honoured if the return is a result of our error in that you received the wrong product, or the product is defective.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund in a reasonable amount of time, please check your bank account, then contact your credit card company to see if they have posted your refund. If you have contacted your credit card company, your banking branch and still have not received an update on your refund, please reach out to us at info@mysticmoongallery.ca
